STANDARD SHIPPING TIME
Our standard shipping processing times are 3-5 business days or 5-10 business days during product launch, sales and holiday periods.
USA/ Domestic Orders Delivery
Orders places for delivery within the USA are shipped via FedEx/USPS with a tracking number provided and are typically delivered by 10 business days following processing times. Courier may experience delays which are out of our control.
Returns/Exchanges
Thank You for choosing Deeply Rooted. We are confident you will love shopping with us, however, due to the natural nature of our products and sanitation, returns and exchanges have been suspended and all sales are final.
Defects/Damage
If you received a defective or damaged item, please accept our sincerest apologies. Send us an email with photo of your item with defects/damage and we will promptly initiate a replacement for your defects. Please kindly note, all replacements are subject to product availability. If we are unable to replace your item, a credit to your original form of payment will be promptly processed.
